Child Safety Standards

Last updated: June 2026

Rendevuu, operated by Rendevuu LLC, is an adults-only (18+) service. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page sets out our standards for preventing, detecting, and responding to CSAE on Rendevuu.

1. CSAE is strictly prohibited

Child sexual abuse and exploitation in any form is strictly prohibited on Rendevuuand will never be tolerated. This includes, without limitation:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any image, video, or depiction that sexualizes a person under 18.
  • Sexualizing, soliciting, grooming, or attempting to meet a minor for sexual purposes.
  • Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAE content.
  • Any other content or conduct that sexually exploits or endangers a person under 18.

2. Rendevuu is for adults only (18+)

Rendevuu is intended only for people aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to access or use the service. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we terminate it immediately and delete the associated data.

3. How to report CSAE

If you encounter any content or behavior that may sexually exploit or endanger a minor, report it immediately:

  • In the app: use the Report option on any profile or chat and select “Appears underage” or “Inappropriate.” Reports are routed for urgent human review.
  • By email: contact our child-safety team at info@rendevuu.com.

You may also report directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement.

4. How we respond

When CSAE is reported, or detected by our automated content-safety systems, we act promptly:

  • We remove the violating content.
  • We permanently ban the offending account(s).
  • We preserve relevant evidence as required by law.
  • We report apparent CSAE to the NCMEC CyberTipline and cooperate with law enforcement.

5. Legal compliance

We comply with applicable child-safety laws in the jurisdictions where we operate, including United States requirements to report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). We cooperate with NCMEC and law enforcement in their investigations as required.

6. Child-safety contact

Our child-safety point of contact is info@rendevuu.com. For emergencies involving a child's immediate safety, contact local law enforcement, and report to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.
