Delete Your Account

1. Delete your account in the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the Rendevuu app:

1. Open the Rendevuu app and sign in to your account.
2. Tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar.
3. Tap the Settings tab.
4. Scroll to the Account section.
5. Tap Delete Account.
6. Confirm by tapping Delete.

Your account and profile are removed right away, and your personal data is deleted or anonymized on the schedule described in section 3. This action cannot be undone.

2. Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, you can request deletion by email. Send a message from the email address associated with your account to info@rendevuu.com with the subject line “Delete my account.” We will verify your request, delete your account, and confirm once it is complete. We respond to all deletion requests within 30 days.

3. What data is deleted and what is retained

When you delete your Rendevuu account:

• Personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days — including your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, profile information, photos, and bio.
• Message history between matched users is deleted when either user deletes their account.
• Certain data may be retained longer where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or safety purposes.
• Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics and product improvement.
